Usability

I have always incorporated intuitive measures such as formatting text to make it easier to read, utilizing consistency, eliminating excessive scrolling, and simplifying interfaces to improve the user experience. I am very interested in all aspects of user-centered design, not just as it relates to the web.

In the past few years I have acted as a usability consultant, conducting surveys and analyzing sites with Dr. Al Badre of Interfacile, Inc. (author of Shaping Web Usability: Interaction Design in Context and founder of the Georgia Tech HCI Program).
